Meeting at the Store – Welcome of all participants

9.00 - 9.30
Transfer to the selected location for outdoor photography session

9.30 – 12.30
Outdoor photography session with Fulvio Bugani where he will guide and share with each participant on ways to deal with different situations to improve their skills in on-location photography.

12.30 to 13.30
Break for lunch (Lunch will be provided)

Transfer to the Store

14.30 – 18.30
View and analysis of the work done together. Fulvio will provide personalised advice and tips to improve each participants' images to achieve a personal vision in photography.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Fulvio Bugani is an Italian documentary photographer based in Bologna (Italy), with more than 20 years of experience. He has worked with associations and NGOs such as Medecins Sans Frontiere and Amnesty International, and his work has been published in TIME LightBox, The Guardian, Leica Fotografie International and Cubadebate, amongst others.

Among other recognitions, Fulvio was awarded by World Press Photo in 2015 for his work on transgenders in Indonesia. His reportage on Cuba was selected as one of 12 finalists at the Leica Oskar Barnack Award 2016.

In 2017, Fulvio is appointed an international Leica ambassador for the Leica M10.

  • Participants should bring their own camera system with manual exposure functions, and a laptop with editing software installed. (Lightroom would be ideal)
